You know that saying ... “It Happened One Day” ... Well, that “One Day” was a life changing day for me. I remember it as if it was yesterday. I needed to get something out of a closet for a friend and noticed that it took me a minute or so to find the item she requested. She said to me, "It’s on the right side, bottom corner, under the towel, under the orange blanket, in a box, near the toilet paper.”...and sure enough there it was, the baby lotion. I thought to myself, “There has to be a better way for her, or anyone else for that matter, to find an item in this closet." Before I knew it, I was knee deep into editing and readjusting the closet….. It was to be the beginning of my life’s purpose! I would go on to edit and style many other closets, kitchens and draws. The one constant I noticed in all my projects was the lack of order and this continual overwhelming feeling the owners had in their space that never went away. Often times it would get worse. I wanted to ease the minds and spaces of these families.

By combining my Retail/Fashion and Executive Office background experiences I came to create Micheline Dalia Designs, a professional organizing company that creates order and functionality through style so my clients can get to living the lives they were meant to live. At Micheline Dalia Designs we believe every one, every family benefits from organization. Recalling my many years working within human service companies for the disabled I knew firsthand the daily challenges special need families were facing. It gives me great pleasure to say that Micheline Dalia Designs is in the process of partnering up with a local autism center to become a resource to the many families that they serve. When I'm not working I continue to donate my time and services to various charities and individuals as well as assisting in my parish with outreach efforts to feed the hungry in my community. I’m have been a proud member of the National Association for Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 2007 and Home Staging Expert (HSE) since 2013.
